Tucker Brown of the Anaheim office of CB Richard Ellis, who represented the buyer, tells GlobeSt.com that the new owner is renovating and remodeling the property, which occupies a site at 6920 Stanton Ave. Brown is also the listing agent for the property as it goes to market again, with the new owner offering it for sale or for lease.
The Stanton Avenue building is a freestanding structure that was constructed in 1963. It is of single-story, concrete block construction and was vacant at the time of the recent sale. The seller was represented by Jim St. Omer Roy and John Rothwell of the Newport Beach office of Daum Commercial Real Estate.
