The $3 million facility is being built by Sasche Construction, and will openin January. Paul Gladysz, principal architect, said the new building willutilize the latest inbuilding systems and environmental controls to enhance patient care, staffcomfort and productivity. Special features will include advanced elementsfor acoustic and odor control as well as finishes chosen to enhancemaintenance of a hygienic environment, he said.
The facility will feature four surgical suites, two radiology suites, a CTscan suite, fifteen examination rooms, special procedure rooms forcardiology, internal medicine, neurology & oncology.
An expansive ICU/treatment area will allow the company to managemore than 100 hospitalized patients with more diagnostic equipment.The company is also partnering with Marshfield Laboratories, which willoffer laboratory services. Marshfield will enable the company to performchemistry panels, blood gases, coagulation factors, and microbiologyservices in a timelyfashion and on-site. Additionally, these services will be available tolocal veterinarians.
