Lee is handling the condo sales with fellow Ross broker Darrin Revious.

"The Luna Hotel is the first property in Denver offering investors the opportunity to purchase rights to a condo unit year-round or rent their units as a hotel generating daily hotel revenues."

Condo buyers will not own a piece of the Flow lounge and restaurant, one of the most popular hot spots in Denver, or the Velocity Coffee & Crepes on the first floor.

The average price of a condo will be $350,000, Lee says. The lowest and highest prices have not yet been set.
