The Nicole Corp. recently moved into the 5102 W. McKinley property, located in Phoenix's Coronado Business Park, under a $180,000 sublease deal with Thornwood Furniture Manufacturing, which vacated the space after it discontinued one of its furniture lines, Marc Hertzberg with Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial tells GlobeSt.com.
"The building was just perfect because it was all set up for what they do. It was a suitable solution for an immediate need," says Hertzberg. The Cleveland-based lampshade manufacturer moved out of 4001 W. Indian School Rd. temporarily so repairs to the building could be made.
Hertzberg, along with Rick Danis and Paul Boyle, also with Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial, negotiated the sublease on behalf of Thornwood Furniture. John Asher with Arizona Commercial Real Estate represented Nicole Corp.
