The two new retailers are Evolution Interiors Furniture and Billiard Depot, which have signed for 3,842 sf and 6,051 sf respectively. The new tenants are expected to open in the fall, coinciding with the opening of anchor stores and other shop tenants at the new center. Sandie Smith of the CB Richard Ellis Ontario office represented chevron, with the two shops representing themselves. The shopping center developer, Lewis Retail Centers of Upland, was represented in all of the leases by John T. Mehigan and Jeff Moore of the CB Richard Ellis Anaheim office and David Catlin of the CB Richard Ellis Ontario office.
Summit Heights Gateway is a 260,000-sf community center anchored by a recently opened 86,000-sf Kohl's department store, a 30,000-sf Marshall's and a PetsMart of more than 19,000 sf.
