Scott Martin of the Pasadena office of NAI Capital Commercial tells GlobeSt.com that Del Tho, which has been in business for more than 50 years, has already moved into its new facility. Martin represented Del Tho Industries, which has relocated from a slightly smaller space within Vernon. Del Tho's new distribution center, which is part of the 580,000-sf Slauson Industrial Park, will serve as the box distributor's Southern California distribution center.
Del Tho's new distribution center is in a single-story concrete tilt up building of approximately 146,000 sf. The remaining 47,000 sf of space in the building was empty at the time the Del Tho lease was signed. Paul Sablock and Tom Condon of Colliers Seeley International represented Slauson Distribution Center LP in the lease.
