Giant Foods holds the anchor position, and counts a variety of national outlets as its neighbors, including Baja Fresh, Barnes & Noble, CVS, Jennifer Convertibles, and Pier 1 Imports. "Since our acquisition of the property, we have significantly renovated the property and brought in additional high quality tenants," says Brookwood senior managing director and director of acquisitions Thomas W. Brown. Brookwood acquired the center in 1996 for nearly $10.8 million. "Given that we have met our original investment objectives, we decided to market the property for sale."
