Kevin Lutz and Robert Chui of the Pasadena office of Sperry Van Ness represented the buyer of the seven-building complex, which was built in 1986. The property is situated at 912 W. Foothill Blvd. and had been owned by the seller for about 15 years.

The Foothill Villa includes 10 two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom and 16 three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom units with rents ranging from $1,235 to $1,350. The Sperry brokers note that the location in Monrovia puts the property about 20 miles northeast of downtown Los Angeles and within close proximity to Orange County, the Inland Empire and West San Fernando Valley via the 210 Freeway. They describe it as a "condominium quality and townhouse styleâ" complex, with features including two-car garages, a fireplaces, a private backyards and washer/dryer hook-ups for each individual unit.
