The space is more than double that of Mazu's previous space in the same building. The company says the new space will accommodate its growing development team, as well as the company's expanded marketing department and corporate staff.

T3 Realty Advisors represented Mazu in the two-year sublease deal. Neil Ross of the Staubach Cos. represented SP Microelectronics, the sublessor. The deal is part of a three-fold expansion of Mazu's business operations. The company has opened new sales and services offices in San Francisco and in the Washington, DC area.

CambridgePark, a three-building complex totaling 571,672 sf, is located off of Route 2, adjacent to the Alewife MBTA station.
