The Grossman Companies Inc. manages the park, which involves this building and 100 Grossman Dr. and brokers its leasing deals. Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for the Grossman, represented both the tenant and owner in the transaction. He emphasizes that the property's location near Routes 128 and 93 as well as Route 3 is what draws tenants.
Other tenants in the building include Icon Capital Corp., which recently renewed its lease for 850 sf, Charles Schwab & Co., General Electric Mortgage and Tremont Federal Credit Union.
The park is nearly fully leased with 12,000 sf of space available at 150 Grossman Drive, and about 7,300 sf available at 100 Grossman Dr.
