Barker was the recreation design architect for the project. Neumann SmithAssociates of Southfield was the architect of record for the 130,000-sf center.
The center also has a tot area with a five-level tree house, as well as aclimbing wall for teens and a lounge for seniors.
Kirco, a Troy-based developer, has broken ground on a 36,000-sf medicaloffice building in Canton, MI for Integrated Health Associates.The planned facility is located on Cherry Hill Road in the Biltmore UptownDevelopment area.
The medical facility will house three IHA practice groups: pediatrics,obstetrics/gynecology and internal medicine.
The company is a primary care group in the Ann Arbor area and SoutheastMichigan, with 130 board-certified physicians and advanced practitioners in23 health care centers.
Kirco provided development and build-to-suit construction services for thecompany's new facility. The building is scheduled to be complete in May2004.
