The building's sole tenant is transformer manufacturer Shape LLC, which occupies 37,180 sf. However, a location near the I-355 and Army Trail Road interchange made it attractive, according to Bridge Development Partners managing partner Ronald Frain.
"HSA has had a major interest in industrial properties in DuPage County for many years," says HSA Commercial president and COO Robert Smietana, noting it developed the 556-acre Turnberry Lakes International Business Center and 156-acre Covington Corporate Center.
