The project will consist of 13 buildings and a clubhouse on 17 acres. The site of the Mediterranean-style community is a former miniature golf location. Coral Gables-based Cornerstone Group Development, the development arm of parent company Cornerstone Group, is the project's developer.

The units are scheduled to be delivered between April and August 2004. The units will be leased starting in eight months.

Amenities at Sanctuary Cove include a computer center, a billiards room, an exercise room, a pool clubhouse and a laundry facility. In addition, the property includes a two-acre lake.

"This community is ideal for young working professionals and young families because of its accessibility to schools, transportation and shopping," said Lenny Wolfe, president of Cornerstone Group Development.
