Arizona Shutter Source signed the $249,000 triple-net lease with building owner, Rreef, one year after former tenant Sierra Tile vacated the property and after two other lease contracts fell through, Steve Sayre with Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc. tells GlobeSt.com. "It's a very nice building situated in a market with a lot of options for tenants looking for cheap space," he said of the 1468 N. 26th Ave. property. He said the firm will use the industrial space for its shutter manufacturing and distribution operation.
Sayre along with Pat Harlan, also with Cushman & Wakefield, negotiated the lease on behalf of both tenant and building owner. The property, managed by Jodi Bailey, is among 10 million sf owned and operated by Rreef in Phoenix.
