Mursuli has worked for Hamilton Realty, the project's exclusive sales agency, for five years. As this project's sales director, his duties will include preparing sales strategies domestically as well as internationally, organizing marketing efforts and directing advertising.
Emerald at Brickell will consist of 142 residences on 27 stories in a sculptural emerald glass tower. One-, two- and three-bedroom homes and penthouses, which feature bay and city views, are pre-construction priced from $250,000 to more than $1 million.
SunVest/Hamilton, a joint venture between SunVest Resort Communities of Hollywood, FL, and Hamilton Investment Group LLC of Coral Gables is developing Emerald at Brickell. This project's sales center is located at 1414 Brickell Ave., Suite 2. The joint venture has developed 11 projects to date.
