Texas Environmental Waterworks Inc., a water-softening firm, has moved fromBaytown southeast of Houston into a 2,500-sf industrial space at a 10,000-sfmulti-tenant building at 6723 Theall Road. Corey King with Houston's BetzCommercial Brokerage Inc. tells GlobeSt.com that the building owner,Houston-based ARC, Ltd., owns six other industrial buildings averaging about15,000-sf each along Theall Road. Asking lease rates are about 50 cents persf. Kings says the tenant did not use third-party representation.

Flight Hardware Inc. has moved into a 2,000-sf lease at 9223 Solon Road.According to King, the firm makes products for the military and aerospaceindustries and has moved its operations from California to Texas. Kingrepresented the building owner, RODFAM, Ltd. in lease negotiations at the22,000-sf multi-tenant building. Asking lease rates at this facility average50 cents per sf.

Finally, APE Pest Eliminators is currently moving into 3,000-sf at inGreenwood Business Park at 12811 Duncan Road. King represented the buildingowner, Greenwood Business Park Ltd. Troy Collins and Clay Pritchett with theHouston office of Yancey-Hausman represented the tenant whose space islocated in a 15,000-sf multi-tenant building with asking lease rates of 55cents per sf.
