In the Corona transaction, Arnold Engineering Inc. has signed a five-year, $2.6 million lease for a 113,050-sf building at 345 Cessna Circle with landlord REXCO LLC. Paul Caputo of Voit Commercial Brokerage's Anaheim Metro office says the tenant plans to act within the next 60 days on an option to purchase the property. Caputo and Mike Hefner, also of Voit's Anaheim Metro office, represented Arnold Engineering. Tim Hawke of Strata Realty represented the landlord.
In the Irvine transaction, Dainippon Screen Engineering of America renewed its lease for another five years on a 22,700-sf industrial building at 17942 Cowen Ave. in a $2 million deal. The Japanese company is a supplier of equipment to the graphic arts industry and will continue to use this location as its United States headquarters. John Griffin of the Irvine office of Voit represented the landlord, the Carson Estate Trust, with Sean Ahern of Lee & Associates representing the tenant.
