In the largest of the transactions, Cisco took approximately 40,000 sf at 499 Thornall St. within the park. The tenant, repped by Joseph Garibaldi IV of the Garibaldi Group, Chatham, NJ, extended a direct lease for a full floor and converted a subleased portion of an additional floor into a direct lease.
Navisys Inc., meanwhile, renewed its lease for 10,500 sf at 499 Thornall St.; the tenant was repped by Peter Yannotta of Equis. And Doug Twyman of Newmark Real Estate, Woodbridge, NJ represented Sonic Trading Management in a new lease for 8,600 sf at 70 Wood Ave.
Finally, Dini Communications Inc. signed a new lease for 2,000 sf at 499 Thornall St., while Acsys Inc., repped by Ryan Bowie of Equis, renewed at 379 Thornall St. No financial details of the transactions were released.
