The Nutley-Bloomfield package was handled solely by G-H managing director Kenneth Uranowitz, who represented both the buyer and seller. The properties include Mary Anne Gardens in Nutley and Anne Loretta Gardens in Bloomfield, which combined total 58 units in six, two-story buildings. The sale involved financing in which the seller took back a first purchase money mortgage along with cash from the buyer, according to Gebroe.

Uranowitz teamed up with company vice president Joseph Brecher to represent both sides in the sale of the Sayreville property, a single 20-unit building. The buyer procured a new first mortgage, above which he added cash.
