The 90-unit, luxury oceanfront tower is scheduled for occupancy within two years. Pre-construction unit prices range from $467,000 up to $3.8 million for penthouses.
The tower will be located at 16275 Collins Ave.
The Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership designed Sayan, and Jeffrey Howard of The Howard Design Group is the interior designer for its public spaces. "Sayan is the only Asian-inspired condominium here, and the ambience will be truly unique," says Gil.
The units' 180-degree wrap around terraces will give residents views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal. Amenities will include an oceanfront pool and Jacuzzi, poolside services, a spa and health club with relaxation centers and meditation gardens, and a party room. The lobby will feature a four-story waterfall.
