"This facility incorporates the Building of the Future model which integrates the customer service experience (from the beginning of the phone call through the dispatch of a technician) into the actual design, organizational flow and physical layout of the building itself. This ensures that the entire customer experience is the primary focus of the operations teams," said Annmarie Patton of Comcast. The cable television and Internet firm serves more than 1.6 million customers and employs about 3,000 people in Michigan.
