The largest lease is 17,000 sf for San Diego, CA-based CardioNet, Inc., which developed a mobile ECG monitoring and analysis system for treating patients with arrhythmia. CardioNet will use the space as a customer service center and will move in this October.

Cambridge Child Care will occupy 12,000 sf in September. The space will be the company's flagship location. Scott Gabrielsen, SVP of Philadelphia-based Binswanger/CBB's King of Prussia office, brought this tenant to the center. "Conshohocken is seeing tremendous commercial and residential growth right now, which is creating a perfect client base for Cambridge," he says.

Binswanger is the exclusive agent for Millennium. Gabrielsen and Patrick Kelly, Paul French and Chris Flynn of the company's King of Prussia office handled all four transactions.

Two area mortgage companies also inked leases here. Arlington Capital Mortgage Corp. will move into 6,000 sf at the end of this month, relocating from Villanova, PA. The Niemeyer Group Inc., a full-service financial advisory service, is leasing 2,300 sf in a relocation from Bala Cynwyd, PA.

O'Neill completed the class-A office Millennium center along the waterfront here, in December 2001. Gabrielsen tells GlobeSt.com that these four transactions take Millennium III to 80% occupancy and the entire center to above 90% occupancy.
