John Boyle, principal and Dave Boyle, senior associate of Trammell Crow Co. represented Stringer while Robert Hayes, vice president of Finard & Company represented property owner, Three Burlington Woods LLC.

The deal is important in this market which continues to struggle to fill its space. The area has a strong reliance on high-tech companies and as that industry's bubble burst Burlington found itself with large blocks of vacancies. According to Trammell Crow Co.'s most recent statistics, Burlington's overall available space is at 41.6%, up slightly from January's 40.3%.
