Clay Hammerstein and Stephen Bay of the CBRE Downtown L.A. office represented White & Case, with landlord Maguire Partners were represented in-house by Tony Morales and Jennifer Stone.
The White & Case firm was one of the original tenants of the landmark skyscraper at 633 W. Fifth St., which was designed by I.M. Pei. The property was developed by Robert Maguire III, head of the newly formed Maguire Partners real estate investment trust, which is based in Downtown L.A.
