Additionally, 3M Co. signed a new lease for just under 12,400 sf at 20 Waterview Blvd., also in Parsippany. Curt Battles of Jones Lang LaSalle spoke for the tenant, while Conklin again served as Gale's in-house rep.
At 300 Campus Drive in Florham Park, meanwhile, GSC Partners signed a new lease for just over 10,100 sf. Conklin once again spoke for Gale, while GSC was represented by Peter Rasmusson of Grubb & Ellis.
Additional leases were signed by Gale with World Savings Bank, FSB and Tri-County Scholarship Fund, all in Parsppany; with Maher & Schwartz and Monica Patel in Roseland, NJ; Glenmark Pharmaceutical USA in Princeton, NJ; and Morris County Cardiology Consultants in Bridgewater, NJ.
