John Eichler and Clayton Hovivian of Cushman & Wakefield say the 40-year-old law firm say the tenant will take an additional 3,000 sf of space, for a total of 11,500 sf, on the 15th floor of the 16-story, class A high-rise where its Los Angeles office has been located for the past 10 years. Eichler represented the landlord, a venture of the Praedium Group and ScanlanKemperBard, with Hovivian representing the tenant.

Astor & Phillips, which was founded 40 years ago by George R. Phillips and Z. Harry Astor, specializes in business transactions and litigation, real estate, estate planning, taxation and governmental affairs. The firm has 11 attorneys in offices located in Los Angeles and Orange.

The Praedium Group and ScanlanKemperBard acquired the 213,000-sf high-rise, and former BOMA/LA Building of the Year last year. The building is currently 87.5% leased.
