Brad Spencer, vice president with Grubb & Ellis, represented Evans Paper Co. in the transaction, while Getov Realty was represented by the Stubblebine Co.

The two-story, industrial brick building is located near Routes 93 and 495 and about 12 miles from Boston. Spencer tells GlobeSt.com that the lease rate is $5.25 per sf and a local machine shop is moving into the first floor of the building. He says that Evans, a Winchester, MA-based holding company, bought the building for investment purposes and is looking to lease out the second floor or sell the building if a potential tenant for the second floor was interested. He notes that the company has no plans to occupy the space.
