Panorama Property Management has opened an office here and is attracting retail, office and light industrial properties throughout the city. Several of the properties are owned by the Miller Family Limited Partnership of New York City. So far, Panorama is managing more than 325,000-sf in the metro area.
"Typically, property management has been a function of big property management companies making their numbers," says company founder and president Mark Pyms. "We found that there are a lot of property owners who need more personalized service for their properties, especially during such a competitive and challenging time in the market. Our approach enables us to do a better job of working with our clients to make their properties stand out and attract customers and tenants. We're not only concerned about our business, but about their business as well."
Pyms recruited Jackie Brutout to head the local operations. She is a certified property manager with more than 20 years experience. "We're returning to a style that will help our clients succeed," says Brutout. "With our experience and emphasis on the long term, we will be able to help owners and investors continue to find value in their portfolios."
