The 34,400-sf lease by 21st Century Healthcare will bring the two-building, 120,000-sf industrial property at 2415 S. Roosevelt St. to full occupancy, Rich Sica, with Daum Commercial Real Estate Services, tells GlobeSt.com. The firm will move into the building Sept. 1.
Sica said the nutrition and health-care firm selected the site at Roosevelt and Broadway because the building offered a dock-high warehouse with 24-foot clearance at a location that is close to the Valley's freeway system. "They're growing and expanding and this fit their needs," said Sica, who negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant. John Soldo with Commercial Properties of Tempe represented the building owner, Gateway Valleyview, of Los Angeles in the transaction.
