Williams Cafe Management LP of Tulsa, OK, leased 2,500 sf at 1935 Lakeside Plaza Dr. in Town Center Lakeside for a Camille's Sidewalk Cafe. A contact tells GlobeSt.com that the restaurateur signed a medium-term lease and will cut the ribbon on its first Fort Bend County location in the fall.
Camille's Sidewalk Cafe also operates a catering service. The Town Center Lakeside location was selected for its accessibility to residential and office corridors as feeders for the catering division, according to a press release. The center is situated at the intersection of Texas 6 and US Highway 59. Its national tenant roster includes Super Target, Subway, Beck's Prime, Pei Wei Asian Diner, Payless Shoes and La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries.
Michael Wheeler of Houston's Boyd Page/ChainLinks represented Williams Cafe Management. Town Center Lakeside's developer and owner, Sugarland Properties Inc., used R. Donald Janssen Jr., its senior vice president, to negotiate its terms.
Camille's Sidewalk Cafe, founded in 1996 by Williams Cos. Inc., operates in eight states with franchise restaurants under development Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles and Scottsdale, AZ, in addition to Houston.
