Mitch Zehner of the Anaheim office of Voit Commercial Brokerage says the two buyers were Nomad Footwear and CSTS Inc., a manufacturer of computer systems and testing equipment for military defense uses. Zehner and partner Louis Tomaselli, represented Voit Development Co. in the transactions.
Nomad Footwear acquired a 36,195-sf building at 845 Challenger St. for more than $3 million. Nomad has relocated to Voit Brea Business Park from La Mirada and will use the new Brea facility as its corporate headquarters and West Coast distribution center. Zehner and Tomaselli also represented the buyer.
CSTS Inc. acquired a 23,144-sf building located at 735 Challenger St. for $1.8 million.Tad Garabedian of Ashwill Associates represented the buyer. Voit Brea Business Park is a 530,000-sf development of 18 individual buildings ranging in size from 10,000 to 52,000 sf. All have been sold except for three buildings that range in size from 23,000 to 42,000 sf. Zehner and Tomaselli are the listing agents for the park.
