Clyde Stauff of Colliers Seeleys Anaheim office and Rick Nunez of the Diamond Bar office of Colliers say the Orange County-based developer will break ground in October on the new building, which is being designed by William E. Skinner & Associates Inc. architects. The project is scheduled for completion in April 2004. Stauff and Rick Nunez of the Diamond Bar office of Colliers Seeley represented Guthrie in its recent acquisition of the property, and the two Colliers brokers are also the listing agents for the building, which will be offered for sale or for lease. Guthrie acquired the site from the Earle M. Jorgenson Co., which was represented by Doug, Paul and John Earnhart of the Ontario office of Lee & Associates.

The new building, which will be constructed on Capitol Street, will be of single-story, concrete tilt-up construction with about 3,000 sf of office space.
