In an unrelated deal to the south, Julien J. Studley senior managing director Steven LaKind represented Market Day Corp. in its restructuring of its 22,227-sf lease at 555 Pierce Dr. in Itasca. Market Day shed space, reduced its rental rate and picked up options for lease termination as well as expansion and renewal.
The published gross lease rate at Hamilton Partners' building is $23 per sf. Pat McKillen handled negotiations for his company.
