The largest assignment is for Waterpark II and Waterpark III at 2530 and 2550 S. Parker Rd., Aurora. The two office buildings have a total combined rentable square footage of 209,504 sf. The properties are owned by Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors. Waterpark II is currently 98% leased and Waterpark III is currently 94% leased. Kevin McKinnon, VP, and Jonathan Jones, associate, are the leasing agents for this assignment.

In the other deal, Transwestern is leasing Tower Colorado, 1720 S. Bellaire St. Tower Colorado is a 127,715-sf foot office building also owned by Koll Bren Schreiber Realty Advisors. The building, located at Colorado Boulevard and Interstate 25, is currently 82% leased. Andrew Piepgras, senior marketing director, and Andy Ross, marketing representative, are leasing agents for this assignment.

Transwestern specializes in corporate advisory, investment services, development, research, property and facilities management and leasing services for office, healthcare, industrial, multifamily and retail projects with operations in 22 cities throughout the US. In 2002, the company leased in excess of 18 million sf, represented clients in $1.5 billion of investment sales and financing, and oversaw management of nearly 450 properties representing more than 82 million sf.
