Steve Gerhard, who joined Insignia in 2001, has more than 19 years of commercial real estate expertise, specializing in office leasing, primarily in the Southeast Valley, and the representation of tenants, purchasers and building owners.
Gerhard began his career with National Western Devco and moved to LJ Hooker International and Del Webb Realty and Management. He previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc. for 11 years before moving to Insignia.
Among his clients are Advanced Micro Devices, Agilent Technologies, AT&T, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Arizona, Federal Express, Kraft General Foods, Lucent Technologies, Panasonic, State Farm, the State of Arizona and Wendy's International.
