FG Design Inc. signed a long-term lease for 2,481 sf at 1517 NW Carrier Parkway in Grand Prairie. With the move just weeks away, the graphics firm is packing up a smaller office along Brookhollow Plaza Drive in Arlington.
Greg Morris of Dunn Commercial LP in Arlington tells GlobeSt.com that the graphics firm was considering a suite in the American Industrial Properties' building and then a larger one opened up in the single-story office/warehouse. The deal was made for the location and the market rate, he says. The firm will relocate from Brookhollow Plaza Drive.
Morris represented FG Design. American Industrial Properties' terms were negotiated by in-house representative, Tonya Brookmole.
Already settled into 30,400 sf is Door to Door Storage Inc., which relocated from within the Valwood Distribution Center in Carrollton in a deal bundled by Calvin Hull, Tia DeFelice and Carter Crow, all with Billingsley Co., and Mike Lish of Kennedy-Wilson International in Dallas. Hull says the Seattle-area company signed a medium-term lease, expanding the pact practically as it came through the door. Door to Door Storage pushed occupancy to 98% in the 249,900-sf building at 2100 Luna Rd., owned by the Billingsley Co.
