Mitch Conlee in Daums Ventura County office, who represented Astrocosmos, says the transaction included two industrial buildings totaling 46,056 sf located on an aggregate of more than two acres of land at 835 and 847 Flynn Road in the Flynn Road Industrial Park. Atlas Fence has already occupied its new facilities.

Astrocosmos sold its former headquarters because it has recently expanded to Oxnard in a 10-year, 70,000-sf lease that Conlee negotiated. The new Atlas headquarters buildings are concrete tilt-up structures featuring 3,240 and 4,400 sf of office space, 18-foot minimum interior clearance, on-site parking for a total of 90 cars, and quick access to Highway 101 via Flynn Road. In its purchase of the buildings, Jim Gloyd and Larry Handley of The Becker Group represented Atlas Fence.
