Art Wholesalers Inc. of Chandler grabbed the space in the 120,000-sf building after the former tenant opted not to renew its lease, John Pompay with CB Richard Ellis Inc.'s Phoenix office tells GlobeSt.com. "We put out the vibe that the space was available and another broker brought us the deal within a couple days after we started marketing the property." The new tenant will share the fully leased 6607 W. Boston St. industrial building with Ring Chem and Ashland Chemical.
Pompay along with John Werstler and Jerry McCormick also with CB Richard Ellis' Phoenix office, negotiated the transaction for the building owner, EJM Development of Scottsdale. Andy Ogan and Ken McQueen, both with Trammell Crow Co.'s Phoenix office were the tenant's representatives.
