Amerijet, which moves cargo by plane, has been a tenant there for more than eight years. The company did have one or two other options for space, according to Pino.
The deal keeps the occupancy of the park at 100%.
Along with Pino, Jose I. Juncadella and David Spillers of Codina Realty Services Inc. ONCOR International represented AMB Property in the lease.
