Windsor Radiology, which itself is a partnership of Princeton Radiology Associates and Radiology Affiliates of Central New Jersey, will occupy 14,000 sf as primary tenant of the facility. "It was significantly more cost effective to combine practices rather than open separate offices," according to a spokesperson for Windsor Radiology.
Dave Saltzman and Daniel Frankel, principals of Newmark Real Estate of NJ, identified and negotiated the sale of the five-acre parcel on behalf of Gordon Princeton MAB Associates LLC and Windsor Radiology, which has an equity stake in the project. Saltzman and Frankel, who are exclusive agents for the remaining 26,000 sf, have also negotiated a contract with Gordon Princeton to buy another 10 acres adjacent to the project for two additional 40,000-sf medical arts buildings.
The Linden, NJ-based M. Gordon Construction itself is currently developing several medical centers in New Jersey.
