The 10,000-sf Tutor Time facility, leased from Cleveland-based Developers Diversified Realty Corp., was secured with a long-term lease by a group affiliated with Bethlehem Baptist Church of Everman. Katina Coburn of Dunn Commercial LP in Arlington was the sole broker on the deal for 8221 Ederville Rd., which sits right behind Eastchase Market, an Interstate 30-fronting property filled with national tenants.

Coburn tells GlobeSt.com that the operators of the B&B Learning Center saw the Dunn Commercial sign on the site, called and struck a deal in a straight-forward fashion that had the doors open when school began. The church is operating pre-kindergarten and after-school programs in the facility, which contains 10 large classrooms.

Scrapbook Page, a national retailer specializing in scrapbooks and archival storage, leased 5,880 sf at Hulen Square at the intersection of Granbury and Hulen roads. The shop was relocated from a 3,000-sf inline spot in the center. Cary Mandel and Tony Albanese, both with Dallas-based Weitzman Group, brokered the deal for the center's local owners and the chain.
