Located along the Dulles Toll Rd. at 2291 Wood Oak Dr., the four-year-old building occupies an approximately six-acre parcel in the Woodland Park office development. Software development firm Computer Associates occupies the entire six-story building under a lease that is scheduled to expire in December 2010. Prentiss Properties culled funds from the sale of non-core assets and proceeds from its recent equity offering to finance the acquisition.
