The mixed-use project is being called a "city within a city." Its sales center is located at 3110 N.E. 2nd Ave.
The Master Brokers Forum, called "Art, Fashion, Culture ... the New Miami," will focus on downtown to uptown as the new destination for commerce, residential real estate and culture. The forum is sponsored by Midtown Miami's developer, Casam Development. The event will feature a panel that will include Miami city commissioner Johnny Winton, Steven E. Lefton, an urban planner with Kimley-Horn and Associates and Seth Gordon, chairman of the Miami Arts & Entertainment Council.
