Airspares Network plans to use the space for an additional distribution location starting in October. Quorum Business Center, located on the northeast corner of Southwest 10th Street and South Military Trail, features six single-story office and warehouse buildings that were built from 1986 to 1987 and have about 392,000 total rentable sf.
Quorum Business Center is 88% occupied. Other tenants include DHL Airways, Lighting Components and The Ryan Corp.
Adam C. Starr, senior associate with Trammell Crow Co., represented the property owner, Quorum Business Center LLC, in the transaction.
