Phair will be the project manager of the proposed Ralston Fields Urban Renewal project, a large public-private partnership planned in this city northwest of Denver.Phair also will assist with other AURA projects.
Previously, Phair worked for an environmental contracting company, where she was responsible for business development, marketing and project management.
She also spent seven years with a lobbying firm that represented a number of people in the real estate industry. On their behalf, she lobbied local governments, urban renewal authorities, design and review boards, area chambers of commerce, neighborhood groups and minority associations.
Phair holds a BS degree in Business Education from the University of Wyoming and has taken graduate courses at the University of Colorado at Denver. She is originally from Cheyenne, Wyoming.
