Kris and Gene Neal of Mesa bought the property at 134 E. Broadway Rd. for their repair shop in a deal with seller, Revelation & Design Inc., a flooring company that relocated to another Mesa holding at 725 E. Baseline Rd. "The way the building was laid out just fit them perfectly," Nicholas L. Miner with Colton Commercial Real Estate of Tempe tells GlobeSt.com. He says the building gave the new owners the space they needed along with frontage on Broadway Road.

Originally priced at $750,000, the seller cut the price by $50,000 after learning that the building was 750 sf less than the original 10,000 sf it was believed to contain, Miner says.

Miner represented the seller in the transaction. Chad Mast with Ryan & Grosseme of Phoenix negotiated for the buyer.
