The manufacturer of bottled waters will use most of the space for warehouse and manufacturing but is setting aside 20,000 sf for office space. While lease terms were not disclosed, asking rates for warehouse and distribution space in the I-55 Corridor average $4.48 per sf, according to Grubb & Ellis, while flex space averages $11.21 per sf.
