"This office complex is located in a rapidly growing corridor of Morris County," according to CBRE first vice president Randy Eigen, who's heading up the assignment. "Its attributes include access to a strong labor market in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania."
The location, near Interstates 80, 280 and 287, is also undergoing substantial transportation improvements that are expected to be completed by 2005, according to Eigen. Among other things, the New Jersey Department of Transportation is upgrading a regional transportation center.Valley Road Development itself is headquartered at 400 Valley Rd. within the Mt. Arlington campus.
