Gaffney-Kroese, a Roselle, IL-based supplier of industrial electronics and related equipment, will use the location for its regional corporate operations and for distribution purposes, according to Bransbach. The company's regional operations are currently located in nearby Rahway, NJ.
The seller, meanwhile, is a California-based supplier of high-tech electronics that has been undergoing a Chapter 11 reorganization.
