Chrismer, Hobbs and Waller will be principals at Cresa; Scott, Jones and Alderman are associates. Chrismer, Hobbs and Waller joined Crow five years ago when TCC acquired Peachtree Partners, the tenant rep firm the three brokers founded in 1996. They did not previously work for Cresa.
The six new brokers join three principals and four other brokers at Cresa's office, 5607 Glenridge Dr. in Perimeter Center submarket.
"Cresa offered us the opportunity for ownership in a company that we believe is poised for growth in Atlanta," says Chrismer. Another factor in the three senior brokers' decision to come to Cresa was the company's market niche.

Cresa has 25 offices nationwide and holds an exclusive partnership with Atis Real, an international real estate firm. Worldwide, Cresa provides services in 35 countries and 125 cities. Cresa's 2002 portfolio comprised 37 million sf valued at $4 billion.
